Cancellation Policy

At Body Language Massage and Wellness your appointment time is reserved just for you.

A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the Professionals’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. We are unable to process any missed appointment fees through direct billing.

We recognize that there are certain circumstances, such as (but not limited to) sudden illness, extreme weather, and emergencies, that may hinder your ability to provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations. In such situations we are open to working with  decreasing the the cancellation fee when given advanced warning. It's crucial to understand that events like being called into work or a lack of childcare do not qualify as emergencies. We are willing to work within your schedule in order to find appointment times that better align with your lifestyle.

Please be assured that in the event one of our therapists is unable to fulfill an appointment due to sickness, injury, etc. we will make every effort to notify you well in advance. We aim to arrange an alternative appointment time with either another therapist or your regular therapist as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. This will give you time to use the restroom and complete any necessary paperwork. To ensure respect for our clients scheduled afterward, we are unable to extend appointment times for those who arrive late. If you do arrive late, you will still be responsible for the full fee of your scheduled session. Please note that arrivals with less than 30 minutes remaining will be considered a missed appointment.
