Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the Professionals’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

100% of the appointment fee will be charged. We are unable to process any missed appointment fees through direct billing.

COVID 19 Policy

Our focus is helping to keep you, all our clients, and our staff members healthy.

If you have tested positive for Covid, please do not visit the clinic, and contact us to reschedule your appointment.

 When entering the clinic, please follow these hygiene protocols for your health and safety and ours:

Wash hands with soap and water before and after entering the clinic.

Use hand sanitizer that is available throughout the clinic.

If you do cough or sneeze, please ensure that it is into a bent elbow or tissue and wash or sanitize your hands immediately after.

Information Storage and Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and is your health information. We take the storage and care of this information very seriously and take all the necessary precautions in order to keep both you and the clinic safe. All the information collected is to ensure that you receive the best possible care we have to offer. Said information will not be given out or sold to anyone or any company unless required by law or with given written consent by you.

Tipping/Gratuities

While we appreciate the kind gesture; we do not expect gratuities.
